Vodafone comes to my rescue
I should no better but did use a little bit of roaming on my Vodafone sim whilst in South Africa. I was doing email, editing blogs and sending photos home – I did not do it often as the camp had wireless but still managed to rack up 120mg. I received my bill and it was a little more than anticipated – about $1000 more. I spoke with our Vodafone rep and what I had been doing - unbelievable – Vodafone came back and I have only ended up having to pay a tiny fraction of the bill. Great customer service and support for “Variety – the children’ charity”
